The public profile allows you to be indexed on our public monitoring profile page along side of recognized brands such as Amazon and FedEx. Furthermore, you’re able to display your company’s profile as “brand free” which means your profile will be free of uptime.com logos. The public profile feature is only available on the enterprise monitoring plan. Under actions, you’re able to edit or delete a public profile.
Adding or Editing a Public Profile
The following provides a description of the fields shown when adding or editing a public profile:
Company Name: Enter your company name.
Description: Provide a description of your company.
Checks: Select the monitoring checks that will be displayed on your public profile.
Image: Select the image that will be displayed on your public profile.
CNAME: Select a CNAME record for your public profile. The CNAME record must be pointed to uptime.com, and you must use a subdomain of uptime.yourdomain or status.yourdomain.
Facebook: Enter the slug of your facebook page e.g. facebook.com/test, and a link to your company’s facebook page will be displayed on your public profile page.
Twitter: Enter the username of your twitter page e.g. twitter.com/username, and a link to your company’s twitter page will be displayed on your public profile page.
Company Website: Enter the URL of your company’s website.
